Konstrukce a rekonstrukce křesla Barcelona / přednáška Ing. arch. Vladimíra Ambroze

Přednáška se bude věnovat konstrukčnímu řešení křesla Barcelona a procesu vzniku přesných replik původních kusů, vytvořených na základě detailního studia historické plánové dokumentace a za použití shodných postupů.

Ing. arch. Vladimír Ambroz, autor těchto replik, který se podílel na památkové obnově vily Tugendhat v letech 2010–2012, představí křeslo z hlediska jeho konstrukce a výroby replik ve srovnání s dnešní masovou produkcí.

Přednáška doprovází výstavu Ikonické křeslo Barcelona: idea, příběh, konstrukce.

The Construction and Reconstruction of the Barcelona Chair / Lecture by Ing. arch. Vladimír Ambroz

This lecture focuses on the structural design of the Barcelona Chair and on the process of creating accurate replicas of the original pieces, based on a detailed study of historical technical drawings and the use of identical production methods.

Ing. arch. Vladimír Ambroz, the author of these replicas and a participant in the heritage restoration of Villa Tugendhat between 2010 and 2012, will present the chair from the perspective of its construction and the production of replicas, comparing these processes with contemporary mass production.
